Description: Rock Creek Cattle Company is looking for Concierge candidates with a high energy level and passionate work ethic. RCCC has a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and customer care found anywhere. Candidate should have strong verbal & written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a team to ensure the members and guests receive the highest quality of service. Computer skills are required, along with good time management skills, an energetic personality and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.


The Concierge is responsible for the activity in and around the Cattlemen’s Club, including foyer, lodge room, and assisting in other areas as needed. The Concierge should have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a team to ensure that the members and guests receive the highest quality service on a consistent basis. Computer skills are also required. The Concierge is responsible for exceeding the expectations of our members and guests. Providing exemplary customer service on a daily basis and meeting all members’ needs is a priority. The Concierge will also assist in other areas of the club to help provide a smooth operating facility, including but not limited to golf shop, F&B, housekeeping, outdoor adventures, SPA1919 and administrative functions.

Job Requirements

  • Education Required: High School, Degree Preferred
  • Experience Required: Customer service preferred. Energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude are highly desired.
  • Documents Required: Resume, Professional references
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • An energetic personality and a professional demeanor and appearance
  • Effectively contribute as to maintain a cohesive team
  • Knowledge of computers, especially word and excel
  • Must be willing to work a variety of day, evening, holiday & weekend shifts
  • Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • May be required to drive company vehicle to carry out job duties, valid driver's license required
