Meet the Staff
Todd is entering his third season at Rock Creek Cattle Company as General Manager. Todd is accompanied by his nine-year-old Dachshund, Legend. A graduate of Baylor University, Todd calls Las Vegas home in the offseason where he is the Vice President of Ticketing & Suites for the Vegas Golden Knights. In his spare time at RCCC, Todd enjoys relaxing with a massage at Spa 1919, going white water rafting and hiking.
Assistant General Manager
Director of Real Estate & Membership Sales
This season will mark 15 years at Rock Creek Cattle Company for Ron. He’s originally from Deming, New Mexico and now calls Deer Lodge, Montana home. Ron is happily married to his wife, Shelley. Rock Creek Cattle Company is Ron’s passion as you’ll quickly come to learn about him. Some of his favorite activities at the ranch include shooting sports, fly fishing, kayaking in the rivers and golf. He is also passionate about the community. He serves as President of the Powell County Medical Foundation, also on the board of the Deer Lodge City-County Airport and he serves on the board of directors of Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan in Deer Lodge and Dillon.
Director of Golf
Travis is entering his 8th year as PGA Director of Golf at the ranch. He offers an extensive background in world class service, high energy level and is excited to lead a team that is committed to making every effort to bring you the finest golf experience found anywhere. Travis is an accomplished player, teacher, and certified golf fitness instructor. A Minnesota native, he graduated from Concordia College, earning degrees in Management & Communication. His hobbies outside of golf include Minnesota sports, fishing, hunting, and traveling with his wife Abretia.
Director of Outdoor Adventures
Mark will be entering his 9th year with the ranch this summer. Originally from Saratoga, Wyoming Mark enjoys most of his time now in Montana throughout the offseason. Mark’s favorite activities at Rock Creek Cattle Company include fly fishing and shooting sports.
Membership Sales Director
Josh is entering his third season at Rock Creek Cattle Company. Josh is a native New Yorker and now resides in Las Vegas in the offseason where he is a Ticket Sales Executive for the Vegas Golden Knights. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Josh is married to his lovely wife, D, and the couple has two miniature cockapoos, Oakley and Kobe. In his off time at RCCC Josh enjoys exploring the ranch with his dogs, golfing and playing tennis.
Golf Course Superintendent
Rick will be entering his eleventh season at Rock Creek Cattle Company this year. He is a native of Spokane, Washington. Rick’s family consists of his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Owen and Bailey. Rick is a graduate of Eastern Washington University. Some of Rick’s favorite activities at RCCC include golf, ATV riding and enjoying the Lake Barn.
Food and Beverage Director
Jason is entering his third year at the ranch and his second full season as your Food and Beverage Director. He is a graduate of UNLV and resides in Las Vegas in the offseason where he is the General Manager of Mackenzie River Pizza Grill Pub at City National Arena. Jason’s family consists of his wife, Jennifer, and his daughter, Madeline. When Jason is not in the restaurant or kitchen at the club you can find him eating tacos at the Swimming Hole.
Willie is entering his sixth season at the ranch. Willie is happily married to his wife, Lynn and the couple has five children – Kyle, Karissa, Lenora, Karson & Josee. Willie calls Deer Lodge, Montana home and he maintains the property year-round. In his off time at RCCC, he enjoys his shooting sports and fishing at the Lake Barn
Glory Blue Earth-Highley
Interim Spa Director
Glory was born and raised in Great Falls, MT. She and her family reside in Deer Lodge where she has been practicing Massage Therapy in a private practice. Glory has been working in Spa 1919 since 2015. She is currently the President of the Montana Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association, sits on the board for Friends of Law Enforcement Officers, and has been appointed by Governor Greg Gianforte to sit on Humanities Montana Board.
Director of Housekeeping
Matt is entering his first season at the ranch. Originally from Olympia, Washington, he fell in love with Montana while attending Montana State University where he met his wife Allison. He now calls Deer Lodge home, where he lives year round helping to maintain the property. He and his wife have two huskies, Phantom and Luna, and their favorite things to do at RCCC include hiking and exploring the property with their dogs.
Karen is entering her ninth season at the ranch. Karen is from Jackson, Wyoming and resides year-round in Deer Lodge, Montana. She is a graduate of University of Nevada, Reno. Karen’s family includes her husband, Don, her daughter, Kellie and son and daughter-in-law Dean & Katie. She has two beautiful grandbabies in Mia & Remi. Her favorite activities at RCCC are horseback riding, skeet shooting, hiking and our spa treatments at Spa 1919.
