• Description: Rock Creek Cattle Company is looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist with a high energy level and passionate work ethic. Environment currently consists of ~200 network devices and 30 desktops/laptops. RCCC has a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and customer care found anywhere. Candidate should have strong verbal & written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a team to ensure the members and guests receive the highest quality of service.

Job Requirements
• Qualifications: High proficiency in computer skills is most basic requirement, along with good time management skills, an energetic personality and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision. The Information Technology Support Specialist will assist with some of the following: networking issues, desktop support, member/guest interaction about technology, professional and consumer grade audio visual system, point-to-multi point wireless, server administration, and any other areas of the club to help provide a smooth operating facility. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information a must. Experience with Cisco/Meraki, Microsoft Windows, RingCentral VoIP, Point of Sale terminals, and Sonos a plus.
• Education Required: High School or GED
• Experience Required: Customer service preferred. Energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude are highly desired.

Compensation
• Projected Total Compensation: DOE
• Compensation Breakdown / Additional Income: Hourly rate + overtime
