  • Description: Rock Creek Cattle Company is looking for an Assistant Manager Retail Operations for with a high energy level and passionate work ethic. RCCC has a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and customer care found anywhere. Candidate should have strong verbal & written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a team to ensure the members and guests receive the highest quality of service. Computer skills are required, along with good time management skills, an energetic personality and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision. This position will assist with oversight of Carol Ann’s Mercantile, a boutique shop, and has the opportunity for growth.
  • Projected Total Compensation: $12.00- $18.00 per hour.
  • Benefits: Staff uniforms, golf course privileges and meals provided while on duty.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience as a retail manager
  • Must have experience operating POS software systems
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills
  • High level of initiative and inner drive
  • Ability to adapt, learn and grow with team approach and philosophy
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
