Reports to Facilities Maintenance Manager

Position Summary:

To help maintain the mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structures for Rock Creek Cattle Company and our Member owned homes.

Responsibilities:  

Communicate efficiently and personabley with all staff, to help ensure a team atmosphere and cooperative environment.

Maintain customer satisfaction by handling their inquiries, concerns or comments and providing solutions; or directing them to a supervisor that can assist.

Adhere to employee manual and job description, being conscious of appropriate attire and actions.  Uniforms will be required at all times; uniforms will be in keeping with standards of RCCC.  You will be issued 3 pairs of work pants and 4 work shirts these must be worn at work at all times while on duty for RCCC.

Maintain consistency of service by being aware of and prepared for all course events, large parties and reservations that may affect maintenance operations.

Attend all meetings directed by Facilities Maintenance Manager as well as training or other relevant activities.

Protect Rock Creek Cattle Company, employees, the members and the guests by adhering to all safety and sanitation policies.

Perform other duties as requested.

Education/Experience: High School diploma, or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Environment/Noise: Regularly works both indoors as well as outdoors in all weather types. Works closely with moving mechanical parts, live electricity, plumbing, and power tools, works in area with fumes or airborne particles, noise level may be loud.

Additional Duties: Be able to help address and repair any RCCC maintenance issue as the may arise.
